Authorization Errors with DECTalk Access32 Software Synthesizer
Last Modified: June 3, 1998

A logic error may cause the display of an error message indicating Access32 is not authorized to run with this product when in fact the product is authorized to do so. If this occurs simply run JFW in the normal manner. JFW will use the Access32 synthesizer.
Please check your authorization before calling Henter-Joyce, Inc.

A. For AZ-Tech Everlock authorizations
Run c:\JFW30\check c:
Among the lines of output produced you will encounter a line named User Data. On this line are eight (8) pairs of digits. Digit pair number 7 (remember to start at the left) has a value of 01 when authorized for DECTalk Access32.

B. For SQS authorizations
Run c:\JFW30\Hjauth
Check the radio button labeled "Get Authorization Information" and then press the Execute button.

If the information presented has the words, "Software Synthesizer Allowed DECTalk Access 32," your product is properly authorized for Access32.
Should you continue to have Access32 problems contact Technical Support at 727-803-8600 and press 3.
